Will Convalyst ever send messages or change my campaigns?

No. Convalyst connects to Dripify in strict read only mode. It never sends messages, replies to prospects, or edits your campaigns. It only reads conversations so it can analyze them.

How does Convalyst connect to Dripify?

A setup wizard walks you through it in about a minute. Your Dripify login is encrypted with AES 256 GCM, and Convalyst automatically connects to the Dripify account linked to it and starts parsing each conversation.

How often does it scan my inbox?

Every day, in the cloud. You do not need to keep a browser tab open or click a scan button. New and updated conversations are picked up automatically.

Which languages does it understand?

English and Spanish. Convalyst reads the full context of each conversation in either language before labeling the reply.

Can I connect more than one Dripify account?

Not yet. Each Convalyst account connects to one Dripify account with one inbox. Support for multiple Dripify accounts is on our roadmap.

What counts as a conversation on my plan?

Each Dripify conversation thread that Convalyst analyzes counts as one conversation. Starter covers up to 400, Growth up to 1,000 and Scale up to 2,000. Your first month comes with double that: 800, 2,000 or 4,000.

What happens to my conversation data?

You stay in control. In your settings you can turn on automatic archiving that purges conversations older than three months, or reset your account's conversation history at any time.

What do clients see when I share a report?

Anyone you send or CC a report to opens it in a strict read only report mode. They see the stats and conversations in the report, but never your account settings, billing or credentials.

What is the white label agency edition?

A one time add on for agencies, consultants and RevOps teams. It replaces Convalyst branding with your logo, company name, colors, header and footer on the web report and on every email report your clients receive.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel whenever you like and you will not be charged again. Payments are not refunded, so your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.

Is Convalyst affiliated with Dripify?

No. Convalyst is an independent product that works alongside your Dripify account. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Dripify.
