Terms of service

These terms govern your use of convalyst.com and the Convalyst app at app.convalyst.com (together, the "Service"), provided by Convalyst ("Convalyst", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you use the Service for a company, you confirm you can accept these terms on its behalf.

1. The Service

Convalyst connects to your Dripify account in read only mode, analyzes your LinkedIn conversations with AI, and gives you reply classifications, follow up alerts, extracted contact details, and daily and weekly reports. We may improve, change or remove features over time.

2. Your account

  • You must give accurate information and keep your login details secure.
  • You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
  • Each account connects to one Dripify account with one inbox.
  • Tell us right away at convalystadmin@convalyst.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Dripify, LinkedIn and third party services

Convalyst is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Dripify or LinkedIn. By connecting your Dripify account, you authorize us to access it in read only mode to provide the Service. You are responsible for complying with the terms of Dripify, LinkedIn and any other service you use with Convalyst. We are not responsible for changes, outages or restrictions in those services that affect the Service.

4. Plans and payment

  • Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and include a set number of analyzed conversations: Starter up to 400, Growth up to 1,000, and Scale up to 2,000.
  • The first month of a new subscription includes double the plan's conversations: Starter 800, Growth 2,000 and Scale 4,000. After the first month, the regular amounts apply.
  • The white label agency edition is a one time payment add on that applies to your account.
  • Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days notice. Changes apply from your next billing period.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time and you will not be charged again. Payments are non refundable: we do not offer refunds or credits for partial months, unused conversations, or the one time white label add on. After cancellation, your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service for anything unlawful, deceptive or harmful;
  • connect accounts or process data you are not authorized to use;
  • attempt to access other users' data, probe or break our security, or disrupt the Service;
  • copy, resell or reverse engineer the Service, except where the law allows it;
  • use the Service to send spam or harass anyone.

7. Your data

You keep all rights to your data, including your conversations and the reports generated from them. You give us permission to host, process and analyze that data only to provide and secure the Service, as described in our privacy policy. You are responsible for having the right to process the personal information of your prospects.

8. AI generated results

Reply labels, summaries, recommended actions, meeting detection and extracted contact details are produced automatically and may sometimes be incomplete or wrong. Review important results before acting on them. You are responsible for the decisions you make using the Service.

9. Shared and white label reports

When you send or CC a report, recipients get a read only view of that report. You are responsible for choosing who receives your reports. If you use the white label edition, you confirm you have the right to use the logos, names and other branding you upload.

10. Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and branding, belongs to Convalyst. These terms give you a limited, non exclusive, non transferable right to use the Service while your account is active.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, create security risks, or fail to pay. You may close your account at any time. Sections that by their nature should continue after termination will continue, including those on payment, disclaimers, liability and disputes.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error free, or that it will produce any particular sales result.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Convalyst will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

14. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Convalyst against claims arising from your use of the Service, your data, or your breach of these terms or of third party terms such as those of Dripify or LinkedIn.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the place where Convalyst's operating company is registered, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that place, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If changes are material, we will notify you by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated terms.
